Oh my, this is the best mustard ever … spoon-licking good! I simmer (just a little) Mike’s Jalapeño Mustard with heavy whipping cream to make a cream sauce for meats. It thickens as it simmers. I also spoon this mustard over a block of cream cheese or goat cheese for a quick appetizer to serve with crackers. We go through it so fast!! Don’t ever stop making this mustard!!!!
